Everything that governs your use of Parley, in plain language wherever the law lets us. All of it was reviewed and reissued together on August 10, 2026.

• Terms of Service: What you agree to by using Parley: eligibility, acceptable use, billing, liability, governing law.
• Privacy Policy: What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have, including EEA/UK, California, and India supplements.
• Cookie Policy: Every cookie we set, and the control to switch off the one that is optional.
• Refund Policy: Cancellation, our 7-day first-charge guarantee, and the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for EU and UK consumers.
• Data Processing Addendum: GDPR Article 28 processor terms for business customers. Applies automatically, with nothing to sign.
• Sub-processors: Every third party that touches your data, what it does, and where it sits.
• Security: How the service is protected, what we do not claim, and how to report a vulnerability.

The short answers most questionnaires ask for: we are a processor for your team’s content and a controller for your account data (Privacy §3); data at rest is in Singapore; we do not sell data or train models on it; the Article 28 terms are pre-signed at /dpa with the technical measures in its Annex A; and we hold no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today, which we would rather state here than have you find out later.
