Sub-processors

Last updated: August 10, 2026

What this page is

Weldra uses a small set of third-party services (“sub-processors”) to provide Parley. Each processes the minimum data needed for its purpose. This page is the canonical list. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum both point here rather than repeating it, so there is only ever one version to keep current.

Changes and your right to object

We announce a new or replacement sub-processor to workspace admins by email at least 30 days before it starts processing Customer Data, and this page is updated at the same time. If you object on reasonable data protection grounds within that window, write to [email protected] and we will work to find an alternative; if we cannot, you may terminate the affected subscription and receive a pro-rata refund. The full terms are in §4 of the DPA.

Sign-in providers

If you choose to sign in with Google or GitHub, that provider authenticates you and tells us your email address and name. They act as independent controllers for the sign-in itself, under Google’s and GitHub’s own privacy policies. Using password sign-in instead avoids them entirely.
